Fees other than the price

Internet connection and data charges are borne by the customer.

Payment method

Paid on the Stripe checkout screen. Available payment methods: Credit card.

Payment timing

Paid at the time of purchase. This is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.

Delivery

You can use the pass as soon as payment is complete. The access period counts from the time payment is confirmed.

Returns and cancellation

Because the pass is a digital product, no refunds are given after purchase. If you could not use it because of a duplicate payment or a malfunction, contact us and we will respond.

返品・キャンセル

デジタルの商品のため、購入後の返金はいたしません。ただし、二重のお支払いや不具合でご利用いただけなかった場合は、ご連絡をいただければ対応します。
